Parke 27, Building 8, Chipotle Shell – Austin, Texas

Shell building construction for a new stand-alone Chipotle Restaurant. The structure contains wood trusses supported by stick framing with exterior components to include EIFS, metal panels and a stone veneer.   This ground up shell building is ECI's 3rd Project at the new Parke 27 development located in the Four Points area of Austin, Texas.
