Mueller Retail, Building 10 – Austin, Texas

Ground up shell construction with drilled pier foundation, structural steel & metal stud infill framing with a creative mix of masonry, metal panels, stucco, storefront system enveloping the building perimeter and several landscape screens mixed in. Tight quarters where 2 sides of the site had active business’, 1 side was a busy street and the other was competing with the construction of a hotel at the same time.
