Extra Space Storage – Austin, Texas

Engen Contracting is in the final stages of a 53,573 SF expansion to the existing Extra Space Storage facility along Highway 290 in Austin, Texas. The project added four new climate-controlled self-storage buildings, each equipped with fire suppression systems. Scope of work also included the installation of roll-up doors, interior finishes, and modifications to the existing detention pond to accommodate the additional structures.
