Community First Workshop – Austin, Texas

Client is Mobile Loaves and Fishes and they are a non-profit organization.  Constructing a 7,800 sq. ft. ground up PEMB building in Southeast Austin.  The Tenant Improvements will be included when completed. The building will function as a workshop that includes silk screen presses, ceramics (including a firing room) along with multiple arts and crafts areas.
