Shell Buildings 1A, 1B & Private Road/Bridge
This project involved the ground-up construction of two retail shell buildings, featuring pre-engineered metal substructures with metal stud infill framing. The buildings were clad in metal panels and integrated with custom structural steel canopy systems. The scope also included comprehensive site infrastructure, the construction of a private drive, and the installation of a new bridge spanning an active creek.
