Parkside Village – Austin, Texas

ECI completed the entire development for Parkside Village in Circle C at Mopac & Slaughter. The 7 Buildings included Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, NXNW Brewery, Austin Diagnostic Clinic, AT&T Building & Retail Shell building A, B & E that are all multi-tenanted. All buildings met Austin Energy Green Building ratings.

Retail Building A - Concrete Tilt Panel to a 15,000 sq. ft. single story multi-tenanted retail shell structure with brick features around the exterior elevations

Retail Building B - Stick framed 10,000 sq. ft. structure that has a combination of Brick, Stucco and Alumbinum Storefront systems featured on the exterior elevations.
