Building with Care in Environmentally Sensitive Areas.
The Central Texas region is full of environmentally sensitive recharge zones. Building in these areas takes extra care and attention to housekeeping. Routinely working in the Edwards Aquifer watershed regions, ECI proactively meets with all governing parties to identify the overall parameters. A detailed system for monitoring the site is implemented as ‘early stage’ preparation. Additionally, sub-contractors who have the same like‐minded desire to maintain a clean site are identified for the project.
