Ground up addition of a 10,720 sq. ft. warehouse expansion in South Austin. Tying new structure into an existing building to include; structural steel, metal framing infill and EIFS exterior finishes.  Project includes site improvements, ADA improvements, new detention pond, landscaping, etc..
