Q1 2025 Employee of the Quarter: Matt Korkmas
Joining the ECI team and making an immediate impact, Matt Korkmas was recognized for his leadership and ownership on the Cottonwood Brewery project. Even though he joined in the final stretch of the build, Matt jumped in with professionalism, commitment, and a “get it done” attitude that inspired his teammates and left a lasting impression on the client.

His hands-on involvement in completing major projects, planning internal events, and mentoring teammates speaks to his well-rounded commitment.

Kamiya Singh is ECI’s 2025 Q3 Employee of the Quarter, and for good reason! Known for her sharp attention to detail and team-first attitude, Kamiya played a vital role in helping our pre-construction efforts thrive. Whether managing multiple bids, mentoring team members, or prepping for project handovers, she does it all with accuracy, eagerness, and a positive spirit.
