Ground up and interior finishout of a stand-alone restaurant building in Houston, TX. This restaurant is constructed primarily of structural steel frame with metal framing infill to include storefront systems, T&G red cedar, stone and stucco materials used as a veneer. Placement and connections to all kitchen equipment and dining areas are included.
