This comprehensive ground-up expansion of the Life Storage San Marcos complex, adding a two-story, 52,500 square foot building. The project featured pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) self-storage components, complete door and hallway systems, and a new pond with concrete walls. Built within an active facility, this project required meticulous coordination with the Life Storage operations team to minimize disruption and ensure seamless business operations throughout the construction process.
