Crossing Point Shopping Center at La Frontera – Round Rock, Texas

Ground up construction of two (2) mixed use retail shell buildings. Buildings combined are 104,000 sf and are located where the old Garden Ridge Pottery site was at the La Frontera center in Round Rock. Portions of the existing foundation was incorporated into the new structures foundation.
