Austin Diagnostic Clinic at Circle C – Austin, Texas

Ground up & interior finish out to a 14,000 sf medical office building located in the Parkside Village Shopping Center. Shell was constructed utilizing a concrete tiltwall system for the exterior walls and connected by a structural steel substructure containing bar joists and metal decking. This project had a very aggressive completion schedule to allow for the tenant to be opened prior to the Christmas holiday season. Doubling up the major trades over the last few weeks was necessary to meet the turnover date.
